Just a quick note to say that I thoroughly recommend Serial Trainer 7. Simon's courses are clear and informative and arm you with useful tools. I attended Simon's 'Management Academy' and what is most impressive about it is how each module links to and reinforces the others. What makes the training particularly good is the man himself, Simon is charismatic, genuine and supportive. It's worth mentioning that the course is fun, whether via video chat or in person.
