I’d usually be glad to see the end of any training course, but training with Simon has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The hands on approach created an engaging environment which aided my understanding of the content. I’ve come away with a toolkit of management skills to practice and perfect, which is useful guidance for me, as I’m still very much at the beginning of my journey. Also, by teaching us about the underlying processes guiding both behaviours, and different aspects of managing people, I feel that I’ve developed an understanding that will enable me to adapt management techniques to whatever the situation demands. I now feel confident in my ability to develop into a more successful, well rounded manager.
