I have just completed Simon's Management and Leadership Academy and I can't speak highly enough of him as a trainer. He tailored his sessions to us as a class, spending longer on problem areas and understanding when we'd got enough of a handle on an idea to be able to move on. The whole course was run remotely, but it didn't for one moment feel as though we were missing out. There were plenty of well timed breaks, and Simon did his best to pair heavier subjects with lighter ones to make the process of learning that much easier. I have learned so much.
