Simon is incredible, I am not entirely sure I can do him justice with my words. We have partnered together for more than 5 years, and even though I have been his client, he works in such a collaborative manner it is a partnership. From maternity/changes coaching to working with my Leadership Team, Simon knows what he is doing. I see visible growth in the people he coaches and supports. I honestly take him with me from job to job. He is knowledgeable, personable, an expert in his field, engaging and a great coach! In fact he has delivered other units of training for me, not just coaching. The team still sing his praises on the emotional intelligence x feedback session he just ran. He always shows a mastery for training, you would be foolish not to work with him.
