Fantastic session with Simon. Really did not know what to expect initially but, with a few easy jokes, some industry insight and his background, he made us feel at ease and the session was amazing. I felt confident about what i could use going forward in my role and in future roles. I feel as if the methods given apply to all industries and could really improved ANY situation with customers. For half a day, that was a lot we covered but, it didn't feel like a chore! It was extremely beneficial and Simon gave a very confident and easy-to-follow training session. Highly recommend.
