I’ve had the pleasure of attending 5 of Simon’s courses this year; Resilience, Customer Service, Presenting Magically, Closing Skills and Time Management & Personal Effectiveness. Each 1 has been beneficial to me in both my job role and my personal life. Simon is a brilliant trainer, especially because he makes everyone feel included and shows that he values their opinions. The courses are always great fun and I really appreciate the skills he has taught me. I look forward to many more training classes with Simon in 2019!
