I met Simon over a decade ago when he trained the sales team at Future US. I was a newb Account Executive in my first ad role in the video game industry. His way of teaching and lessons left a mark on me, so much, that I reached out to him about doing private sessions 4,800 miles away. In this ever-changing landscape, I realized that I was not equipped with the negotiation tools to navigate with the various facets of customers that we encounter today. Simon provided me with invaluable insights and clear direction to help me drive the business forward with a modern-day approach.
