Simon has just finished delivering some exceptional Leadership training for Lovehoney, he is charismatic, engaging and massively insightful. He took the time to understand our business and align tone of voice and examples to ensure relevancy and delegates felt challenged and supported in equal measures. More importantly he does not just disappear at the end of the formal training - he offers the ongoing coaching and guidance.
