Simon has carried out various training for my management team over recent years and he has been fantastic. Every time Simon conducts his training, my staff leave enthused, excited and eager to implement and put into practice everything they have learned.
This is not only down to the high quality training aides but is also down to the instructor, Simon, himself. Simon's natural flair and passion is simply infectious. He has such a vast knowledge on all management subjects and the way he delivers it, really resonates with all of my staff.
Simon's greatest skill though is understanding people and how we are all different. He is very quick to read and understand people, how they work and their strengths and weaknesses and automatically tailors his approach to ensure they gain the most from his sessions.
