Having completed my first two days training with Simon this past week, the greatest compliment I can give is that I cannot wait for the next ones! Simon has a way of instantly making you feel at ease and making the sessions memorable, all whilst ensuring that you get the most out of them as a learner. The content was extremely relevant and I was quickly able to identify traits for both longer term professional development and quick win ways of working, and because of Simon's infectious passion I could not wait to go back and implement all that I had learned in my role.
