I have just completing SerialTrainer7 Customer Services and Communications Academy course and had the pleasure to meet Simon.
I was very impressed with Simon's knowledge, very friendly approach, supportive, excellent coaching and a good sense of humour ?
Simon definitely helped upgrading Customer Services and Communication skills by covering a vast amount of information needed to improve.
I would throughly recommend Simon and looking forward to see him again soon!
