It was a genuine pleasure to receive sales training from Simon recently. I am only one session of 3 through the training but I have already been able to take great value from the session. Simon is able to tailor not just the course but his approach to the session to match each individuals needs. I particularly enjoyed how interactive and open the session was. No power-point, no repetitive role play, just relevant examples and genuinely helpful techniques backed up with use cases. Simon was also particularly attentive to questions or issues raised within the training group and dealt with them very clearly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simon to anyone regardless of there position within Sales or Customer Service.

Before the sales training I had in my head that he would be the same as all other training. (Someone telling you how to sell, use of cameras and uncomfortable pressure which stops sales people from learning) Simon, from the start wanted to know about the sales team, what makes us tick, what we need to be able to succeed rather than what the company wants or thinks we need.
